Below is a list of Executive Chef Brian J. Alberg's farm friends - these are the folks who provide us with the fresh, Berkshire-grown ingredients that make our menu so special. Some of the farms are available for a visit. The Red Lion Inn is a proud member of Berkshire Grown, which is dedicated to connecting restaurants and the general public with our region's many farms - you'll find a map of them here.
