The turn-of-the-century firehouse used by the town of Stockbridge until the 1950s - and featured in the Norman Rockwell painting "The New American LaFrance is Here" - has been converted into unique overnight accommodations. Upstairs, where Stockbridge's volunteer firefighters once gathered around an antique pool table, you'll now find a spacious and light-filled bedroom, beautifully furnished with a king-sized bed (handmade by a local
private back porch is the perfect spot for enjoying a cocktail or something from room service. The first floor (which originally housed two fire trucks) features a living room, full kitchen, a bathroom, and a boardroom or dining room table able to seat up to 15 people.
