Interns at The Red Lion Inn gain a solid understanding of the workings of an American inn and enhance their own skills in customer service, communication, gracious hospitality and tourism. Each program is designed for the career-minded student by presenting a full-time work experience at a competitive wage. Employment opportunities at The Red Lion Inn may be available to interested candidates who successfully complete an in-house internship program.

From hiking and camping to museums and theater, your time off the job will allow you to enjoy all that the area has to offer and really understand why Red Lion guests return year after year.

The Red Lion Inn Internship includes:

• An in-depth, "hands-on" working experience with exposure to many levels of operations.
• On-site accommodations: Dormitory-style living on property with shared bath.
• Nominal room & board fee charged weekly.
• Use of fitness room and swimming pool (in season).
• Cultural/Natural attractions: Reduced or free admission opportunities.
• Biweekly paycheck.
• Convenient banking & shopping.

Students may apply for a 3- to 4-month work experience or extend the experience to a 12- to 18-month internship. For those interested in summer internships, top priority is given to those who commit to work through October.
