Our full-service catering department can provide food and refreshment before, during, and after your meeting, and participants will experience the same world-class cuisine enjoyed by our leisure guests. Executive Chef Brian J. Alberg, who creates menus and oversees the kitchen for our main dining outlets, is also responsible for producing our banquet menus and meals.
