Reservation Policies
A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends from Memorial Day through October, in December and on holidays. A two-night's lodging deposit is required.
At other times, a minimum one night's lodging deposit is required to secure a reservation. An additional deposit may be required based on length of stay.
Your deposit will be credited at the end of your stay or refunded if you cancel at least two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival. Should you cancel within two weeks of arrival, your deposit will be held for a future stay (or forfeited if canceled less than 24 hours prior to arrival).
A valid credit card number is sufficient guarantee for reservations made within two weeks of arrival and for reservations held with a gift certificate. A one-night's lodging fee will be applied to the credit card on file if the reservation is not canceled before 4:00 pm on the day of arrival.
