Join us Tuesday, October 23 at 6 pm for a very special wine dinner featuring Somerston and Priest Ranch wines, tasted in 3 flights in a blind setting. These wines will be accompanied by others from top Napa producers.
Learning how to evaluate wines without seeing the label, also known as blind, is an important wine-tasting skill and is a fun exercise. The seminar will be followed by a family-style dinner showcasing a lamb shipped directly from the Somerston Ranch, for the ultimate in pasture and grape-to-table dinner. The dinner will be prepared by The Red Lion Inn Executive Chef, Max Kiperman.
