Get your tickets to the first ever GROWN & GATHERED dinner event curated by Edible Hudson Valley and hosted by and presented in partnership with The Red Lion Inn. Chef Jon Sterrett and his culinary team will be cooking up a five-course feast featuring local food and drinks supplied by our amazing community of farmers, bakers, butchers, winemakers, and distillers, who will join us in conversation during the dinner. Grab a seat and help us celebrate the hard-working heroes that feed us food made from the heart.

Named for old Widow Bingham, one of the Inn’s original owners, this rustic and family-friendly tavern offers traditional favorites and updated classics. Hearty sandwiches, fresh salads and savory soups are served up in a cozy, yet somewhat quirky setting adorned with historic signs, old posters, wicker baskets, and a hodgepodge of other memorabilia.

There’s nothing quite like basking under the shade of an umbrella while enjoying casual, outdoor dining on a lazy summer afternoon, or whiling away the evening with a cocktail under a star-filled sky. The flower-filled Courtyard provides a picturesque garden setting for lunch or dinner from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We welcome document service dogs.
