  • The Lion's Den is a cozy and intimate speakeasy, located underneath our Inn.   • The Fitz Gallery, located on the second floor of the Inn, is a wonderous haven for artists. With the freedom to paint the walls any color of their choosing to access to our guest rooms for residencies, the artists we invite are given the space to dream, design, create, and explore their artistic visions without limitation.

    We welcome a new exhibit: The Red Lion Inn: Three Years Older Than America, a special showcase featuring 250 years of treasured archives, historic artifacts, photographs, memorabilia, and stories from The Red Lion Inn’s remarkable history.

  • Nestled in the rolling foothills of the Berkshires, Hilltop Orchards is a 187-acre working farm home to more than 27 varieties of apples and one of New England’s oldest continually operating cideries. Spend an afternoon apple picking, exploring the scenic orchard, or sampling artisanal ciders and wines crafted right on the property.

    Simply ask for a bike key at the Front Desk to reserve.

    Please note: Helmets are required and we happily provide them to all guests. Hours are sunrise to sunset.

  • We like to think there’s no real off-season when the pool is heated. Our year-round heated pool and surrounding slate-tiled patio continue to be a guest favorite, no matter the time of year.
